Please forgive us for the legalese which is required to qualify every geological, geophysical, engineering or financial projection opinion that we have in this report. It is unfortunate and some old friends have asked that the substance of the report be separated from the legalese.
Essentially, what will an international partnership as a non-operator participant in an Ames Oil Project do for you or your oil company.
1. We take no commission or BD management fees up front
2. If the test produces oil in commercial quantities, we begin by providing extraordinary sharing arrangements, 100% on the unpaid balance until you receive back all capital then revenues revert to 50% for non operator and 50% for operator.
3. We do not operate you to death inflating vendor bills.
4. We are more interested in our stewardship responsibility, that is in the success of handling your money, more so, than in handling our own, for we know that if we are successful with your funds, there will always be something there for us out of the excess.
5. We don't believe we should really benefit substantially until you receive all your money back.
6. We prefer the luxury of calling friends, who if reasonably able, will become non-operator participants in future projects, not questioning our veracity or competence.
7. We are God fearing gentlemen and conduct ourselves as such, seeking His approval in our conduct and in our thoughts.

Global Reach
We are a domestic company and will not drill outside the U.S or participate in projects outside the U.S. with the exception of Canada. We will however, continue to seek for an international partner for our larger potential domestic projects.
